Built From Years Inside the Tax Industry
Tax Pro Collective was founded by Esha and Antonio Vinson from years of firsthand experience in tax preparation, tax education, professional development, and building within the tax industry.
Antonio began preparing taxes around 2010, years before Tax Pro Collective had a name. Alongside his tax work, he developed experience in entrepreneurship, business operations, strategic partnerships, technology, and the infrastructure that helps tax businesses run and grow. Esha later brought her background in education, learning and development, and business training into the tax industry, where she spent years developing and leading training, courses, practical resources, and professional development designed to help tax professionals strengthen both their knowledge and their businesses.
They co-founded and operate Tax Pro Collective together, bringing complementary strengths to the same mission. Esha leads much of the learning, education, training, professional development, course development, and business education within the ecosystem. Antonio leads business strategy, operations, partnerships, technology, and the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that keeps the organization moving. Their work is collaborative, shaped by the shared belief that tax professionals need both strong knowledge and strong businesses.
Over time, they saw the same challenge repeatedly. Learning how to prepare taxes was only one part of becoming a successful tax professional. Building the business around that knowledge required systems, resources, technology, professional development, relationships, and support that many tax professionals were left to figure out on their own.
Tax Pro Collective was created to help close that gap.
Today, the Tax Pro Collective ecosystem brings practical tax education, business development, professional software, resources, community, tax preparation services, and specialized Continuing Education provider support together under one brand.

Esha brings a background in education, learning and development, tax training, and business development to Tax Pro Collective. Her work centers on making complex information easier to understand and helping tax professionals turn knowledge into stronger, more independent businesses.
As Chief Learning Officer, Esha leads the education and professional development side of the Tax Pro Collective ecosystem, including training, courses, practical resources, business education, and Continuing Education initiatives. Her focus is not simply on teaching tax professionals how to prepare returns, but helping them understand how to build, operate, and grow the businesses behind their expertise.
Antonio Vinson
Co-Founder & CEO
Antonio brings more than 15 years of tax industry experience along with a strong background in entrepreneurship, business operations, and strategic partnerships. Over the years, he has built valuable relationships across the tax industry, including tax software providers, financial partners, and other organizations that support tax professionals and their businesses.
As CEO of Tax Pro Collective, Antonio leads business strategy, operations, partnerships, technology, and the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that keeps the organization moving. He has a unique ability to connect the pieces, identify opportunities, and build the systems and relationships needed to turn ideas into working businesses. His experience helps ensure Tax Pro Collective remains grounded in both the real-world needs of tax professionals and the business infrastructure required to serve them well.
